Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure or certification as an optician by a recognized opticianry association.
• Retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to sell using effective sales skills and achieve results.
• Strong communication to meet customer expectations and support relationships.
• Experience with store merchandising and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fills ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fits/adapts lenses and frames.
• Assists with merchandising according to Planogram and company standards.
• Ensures accurate measurements, pricing, POS entry, and delivery quotes.
• Maximizes Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities.
• Supports marketing programs and signage/promotions execution.
