Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State Licensure as an Optician.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with store merchandise and basic math.
• Experience with iPad/tablet, POS, and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and establish needs with a quick, warm welcome.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions precisely.
• Record measurements and ensure eyewear meets specs.
• Explain features/benefits of lenses and frames.
• Assist co-workers with complex product needs as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with policies.
