• State licensure or certification as an optician.
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by fostering a retail selling culture using NECE and sales skills.
• Develop professional relationships with Associates and Doctors.
• Fill ophthalmic prescriptions and fit lenses/frames, advising on lens options.
• Conduct measurements (bridge, eyesize, temple length, vertex distance, PD) and ensure accuracy.
• Support merchandising per Planogram and company standards.
• Assist with timely execution of marketing programs and promotions.
