Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our in-house optical team in New Jersey. You will lead the optical duties, help customers, measure, fit eyewear, and ensure finishes meet standards while fostering a positive store environment.

As a keyholder, you will open/close, mentor the Optician Apprentice Program participants, manage store systems, inventory, and daily operations, delivering exceptional service and upholding Warby Parker's standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties with customers, measurements, fittings, and accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Set store up for success and enforce Warby Parker standards.
• Mentor Optical team, including apprentices, and manage store operations.
