Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Opticianary License or ABC Certification as required by state law.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, coaching to standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and payroll accuracy.
• Develop action plans for team development and performance reviews.

• Provide timely feedback and conduct regular coaching conversations.
• Foster professional relationships with doctors and retail leadership to improve the eye-care experience.
• Maintain store policies, merchandising, promotions, and guest service standards.
• Drive store performance and guest satisfaction through effective team leadership.
