Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
• Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC).
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial acumen and operational management experience.
• Leadership approach grounded in integrity, compassion, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily facility operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, employee engagement, and excellence.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and conduct rounds to support care quality and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain survey readiness, oversee Plans of Correction, and ensure HIPAA, infection control, life safety, and regulatory standards compliance.
• Review incident reports and support proactive prevention and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, reimbursement, payroll, financial reporting, and fiscal controls.
• Build strong relationships with residents and families and support admissions and facility tours.
• Represent the facility professionally in community and industry activities.
• Support marketing and public relations initiatives.

Position Overview

As Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will serve as the operational and cultural leader of the facility. You’ll guide department heads, oversee regulatory and financial performance, support staffing and employee engagement, and create an environment where residents, families, and staff can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily facility operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, employee engagement, and excellence
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and conduct routine rounds to support care quality, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
• Maintain survey readiness, oversee Plans of Correction, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, life safety, and regulatory standards
• Review incident reports and support proactive prevention and performance improvement initiatives
• Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer
• Oversee budgeting, billing, reimbursement, payroll, financial reporting, bank deposits, and fiscal controls
• Build strong relationships with residents and families and support admissions and facility tours
• Represent the facility professionally in community and industry activities
• Support marketing and public relations initiatives

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Home Administrator license
• Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
