Premier Healthcare at Harrington House is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of our long-term care facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong healthcare leader who is passionate about quality care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development.
Oversee the overall operations of the long-term care facility.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Lead, support, and develop department heads and facility staff.
Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and census growth.
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
Monitor quality measures and implement improvements where needed.
Support staffing strategies, retention efforts, and a positive facility culture.
Ensure survey readiness and effective execution of plans of correction when necessary.
Active Nursing Home Administrator license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, operations, and reimbursement.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
Competitive wages: $150,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience.
