Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen and operational management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A leader who values integrity, compassion, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and excellence.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and employee engagement.
• Conduct daily rounds to maintain high standards of care, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, reimbursement, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Review incident reports and implement proactive prevention programs.
• Engage with residents and families; represent the facility in community activities.

What You’ll Do

As LNHA, you’ll serve as the operational and cultural leader of the facility—guiding teams, ensuring regulatory excellence, and creating an environment where residents and staff thrive.

Leadership & Operations

• Direct daily operations in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and excellence
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and employee engagement
• Conduct daily rounds to maintain high standards of care, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction

Regulatory & Compliance

• Maintain survey readiness and oversee plans of correction
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, life safety, and all regulatory standards
• Review incident reports and implement proactive prevention programs
• Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer

Financial Stewardship

• Oversee budgeting, billing, reimbursement, payroll, and financial reporting
• Review monthly financial statements and maintain fiscal responsibility
• Ensure timely bank deposits and financial controls

Community & Resident Engagement

• Build strong relationships with residents and families
• Participate in admissions and provide tours when needed
• Represent the facility with professionalism in community and industry activities
• Support marketing and public relations initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Current, active Nursing Home Administrator license
• Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
