A faith-based, non-profit senior living community is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations within a respected LTC/SNF setting. This organization is known for strong leadership, excellent survey history, and a mission-driven culture centered on quality resident care.

The NHA will oversee the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care community, working collaboratively with clinical and department leaders to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and administrative oversight for the facility
• Manage financial operations, budgeting, and operational performance
• Maintain visibility and strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
