Job summary

Regency at Chagrin Falls is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing community and ensure profitability while upholding The Laurel Way. The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget oversight, and quality care in a supportive, resident‑centered environment.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher, a current state license, and at least three years of admin experience in long‑term or sub‑acute care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least three years of administrator experience in long‑term or sub‑acute care.
• Current administrator’s license in the state required.

Responsibilities

• Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and evaluate goal achievement annually.
• Contribute input into the annual operating budget.
• Monitor monthly facility performance against budget and intervene as needed.
• Recruit, hire and train sufficient qualified staff to carry out programs and services.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.

Education

Responsibilities

• Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement.
• Provide input into the annual operating budget.
• Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed.
• Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services.
• Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Insure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years of experience as an administrator in either a long-term or sub-acute care facility.
• Current administrator’s license in the state.
