Job summary

The Laurels of Steubenville in Steubenville, OH, seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations, ensure quality care, and drive profitability in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, regulatory compliance, and program development, collaborating with leadership to uphold The Laurel Way. A bachelor's degree and active state license plus 3+ years of admin experience are required; advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative leadership experience in a long-term or sub-acute care facility.
• Current administrator license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement.
• Provide input into the annual operating budget.
• Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed.
• Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services.
• Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Insure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.

• Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years of experience as an administrator in either a long-term or sub-acute care facility.
• Current administrator’s license in the state.
