St. Lawrence Rehab and Nursing in New York seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of our skilled rehab and nursing facility.

The LNHA will oversee staff, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure the highest quality care for residents. You will collaborate with healthcare teams, develop policies, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners while adhering to state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration field.
• Valid LNHA license
• Experience managing assisted living facilities or nursing homes
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Understanding of regulatory requirements governing nursing home facilities
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, Medicare/Medicaid, and healthcare management.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and fostering a positive resident experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
