The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the facility. Ensures that the services offered meet or exceed federal, state, local, and company standards. Operates profitably within corporate budgetary guidelines.
The successful Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will develop employee, community, and industry communication and relationships while providing direction and oversight for the overall operations, including regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical, and financial control.
