Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Administrator in achieving financial and programmatic goals, including conducting annual evaluations of goal achievement.
  2. Develop and analyze reports to monitor monthly performance against the budget, intervening as necessary.
  3. Recruit, hire, and train staff for various departments to ensure quality service delivery.
  4. Work with leadership to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced degrees preferred.
  2. Completion of an AIT program.
  3. State Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility to sit for the exam.
  4. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
