  • Assist the Administrator in achieving financial and programmatic goals and evaluate performance annually.
  • Develop reports to monitor monthly performance and intervene as needed.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff for various departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the highest quality of care at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • Completion of an AIT program.
  • State Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility to sit for the exam.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
