Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the Springfield, TN facility. This role directs overall operations to ensure quality resident care while meeting regulatory requirements and business objectives.

The administrator will oversee management staff, budgeting, marketing, and staffing plans, building strong relationships with regulators, families, and the community to drive census and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Minimum two years applicable management experience in a long term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations as they pertain to long term care.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs and regulations.
• Directs and coordinates facility operations, staffing, budgeting and marketing to meet objectives.
• Ensures compliance with Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Leads management staff and consultants, plans priorities, evaluates performance and provides coaching.
• Monitors rounds, cleanliness, and morale; maintains inter-departmental teamwork.
