Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to direct the overall operation of a long-term care facility, ensuring quality resident care while meeting business objectives. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, budgeting, and leadership to supervise staff and coordinate departments.

Ideal candidates will possess a four-year degree, Indiana LNHA license, and 2+ years of management in long-term care, with a focus on compliance, staffing, and census growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Current Indiana Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Minimum two years of management or comparable experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations pertaining to long-term care.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Directs overall operation of the facility to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and supervise facility operations, set priorities, monitor departments and provide coaching.
• Conduct rounds to ensure quality of care, cleanliness, morale, and compliance with standards.
• Ensure effective inter-departmental teamwork and appropriate use of consultants and support resources.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and company QA standards; promote staff morale and retention.
• Develop recruitment sources and staff development to ensure adequate staffing.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize census, payor mix and ancillary revenues.
• Build positive relationships with regulators, families and the local health care community.
• Oversee budgeting and business practices including labor costs and payables/receivables.
