Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
- Minimum two (2) years management or comparable experience in a long term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations for long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Direct the overall operation of the facility to meet resident needs and comply with regulations and company policies.
- Lead and coordinate facility departments, set priorities, monitor performance, provide coaching and direction.
- Ensure staffing, budgeting, payables/receivables, and marketing plans align with business objectives.
- Develop relationships with regulators, families, and the local healthcare community.
