Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Minimum of two years' experience in long-term care management.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Directs overall operation of the facility to meet resident care needs and business objectives.
• Attends mandatory in-services by the anniversary date.
• Ensures compliance with Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Plans facility operations with management staff, sets priorities, and monitors departments.
• Conducts rounds to ensure resident needs, cleanliness, and staff morale.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and QA standards.
• Manages staffing levels, recruitment, orientation, and training.
• Manages budgets, payables, receivables, and business-office activities.
• Develops marketing strategy to maximize census and revenues.
• Builds relationships with regulators, families, healthcare community.
