Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the facility's operations, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance. The role oversees budgeting, staffing, training, and coordination with regulators and families.

The LNHA will drive performance, safety, and patient satisfaction while maintaining a positive work environment and high morale across departments. Indiana licensure and LTC management experience required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Current Indiana LNHA license must be in good standing.
• Minimum two years of management experience in a long-term care setting.
• Solid knowledge of state, federal, and local LTC regulations.
• Proficient communication in English (verbal and written).
• Capable of performing essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Completion of required orientation and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs overall operation of the facility in line with resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees budgeting, labor costs, payables/receivables, and business office activities.
• Leads recruitment, staffing, training, and staff development across departments.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies, QA standards, and Code of Conduct.
• Maintains inter-departmental teamwork and strong community/regulator relationships.
• Conducts regular rounds to monitor resident care, facility cleanliness, and staff morale.
• Calls and coordinates with regulators and stakeholders as needed.
