Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking an executive leader to drive the overall operation of the facility in alignment with resident needs and regulatory standards. The role requires a current IL Nursing Home Administrator license, and a track record of long-term care management to maintain care quality and business objectives.

The Executive Director will oversee budgeting, staffing, marketing, and regulatory compliance while promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Maintains a current Illinois State Nursing Home Administrator’s License.
• Minimum two years of applicable management experience in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations in long-term care.
• Successful completion of facility orientation and mandatory trainings.

Responsibilities

• Directs overall operation of the facility in line with resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees budgeting, labor costs, payables and receivables and monitors business office activities.
• Develops and implements a marketing strategy to maximize census and payer mix.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training and staff development across departments.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; maintain high morale.
