Job summary
Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a facility’s daily operations, uphold resident care standards, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license required (Indiana).
- Minimum two years of management or comparable experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations pertaining to long-term care.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Directs overall operation of the facility to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and coordinate facility operations with management staff and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
- Develop and implement staffing, budgeting and marketing strategies to maximize census and quality of care.
- Promote high morale and staff retention through effective communication and problem resolution.
- On-call availability 24/7 for facility needs.
