The Waters in Springfield, TN is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility’s operations and ensure compliant, high-quality resident care. The role requires strong managerial experience in long‑term care and thorough knowledge of applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, and marketing to improve census and revenue while maintaining regulatory compliance and high staff morale.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Minimum two years applicable management experience in a long term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations as they pertain to long term care.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall operation of the facility to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Attends mandatory in-services by anniversary date.
• Communicates and enforces Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Plans with facility management, assigns priorities, monitors departments and provides coaching as needed.
• Performs regular rounds to ensure quality of care, cleanliness, morale and operations.
• Ensures use of consultants and resources and maintains inter-departmental teamwork.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and QA standards; maintains staff relations and morale.
• Manages staffing, recruitment, orientation, and training to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Oversees budgets, payables/receivables, and business office procedures.
• Develops and implements a marketing strategy to optimize census, payor mix, and ancillary revenues.
• Builds positive relationships with regulators, families, local health care community and the broader community.
