Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the facility with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will guide organizational growth, ensure high-quality patient-centered care, and manage medical, operational, and financial performance in Terre Haute, Indiana.

The role requires a current LNHA license in the state or willingness to obtain one, 3+ years of SNF leadership, and experience with P&L responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in LNHA with clinical evidence, staff satisfaction/retention, business development and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to Terre Haute and lead the facility as Executive Director/LNHA.
• Drive innovation and leadership to grow the facility in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
• Center on customer focus, talent development, vision, accountability and strategic results.
• Oversee operations, finances and regulatory compliance; leverage AI tools for outcomes.
