Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility. The role requires a valid LNHA license in the state, at least three years of skilled nursing facility leadership, and proven P&L management.

You will drive patient-centered care, talent development, and strategic results, while embracing AI tools to enhance operations. Relocation to Terre Haute Indiana is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in LNHA leadership with evidence in clinical, staffing, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:
