Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Terre Haute facility with an emphasis on patient-centered care and quality outcomes. The role demands entrepreneurial leadership, strong industry insight, and a track record of effective team development.

Candidates must hold a current LNHA license in the relevant state or be willing to obtain it, with at least 3 years of SNF operations experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the relevant state or be willing to obtain it if licensed elsewhere.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record in LNHA role evidenced by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction/retention, business development and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility; comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:
