Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Terre Haute facility with vision and entrepreneurial spirit. You will advance patient-centered care and collaborate with leaders to drive quality outcomes.

Applicants must hold a current LNHA license (or be willing to obtain it) and have at least 3 years’ LNHA experience, P&L accountability, and comfort with AI tools.

Qualifications

• LNHA licensed in current state or willing to obtain in another state.
• 3+ years operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience with P&L accountability and driving financial results.
• Comfort with AI tools to enhance outcomes.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
