Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to relocate to Terre Haute, IN. You will lead a 176-bed facility with a focus on patient-centered care, staff development, and strategic growth.

The role requires a current LNHA license, 3+ years of SNF leadership, and proven P&L responsibility. AI tools experience is preferred. We offer a strong benefits package and growth opportunities within Signature HealthCARE.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or willingness to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
