Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 176-bed skilled nursing facility, advancing patient-centered care, quality outcomes, and staff engagement. You will steer operations, ensure compliance, and grow the program with strategic vision.

Requirements include a current LNHA license in the state or willingness to obtain, 3 years of skilled nursing leadership, proven P&L ownership, and a track record of improving clinical and financial

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of location or willingness to obtain
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility
• Demonstrated success in LNHA leadership with clinical, staff, and financial outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a 176-bed skilled nursing facility with a focus on patient-centered care
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive high performance across operations and care delivery

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
