Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Terre Haute, IN, seeks a visionary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility and advance person-centered care in a fast-changing healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and financial oversight.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
