Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), to lead a 176-bed Terre Haute SNF. The role emphasizes innovation, patient-centered care, and strong financial stewardship.

The candidate should have an LNHA license, 3+ years in SNF leadership, and proven P&L results. A strategic, servant-leader mindset, talent development, and effective communication are essential to drive performance, improve quality outcomes, and ensure compliance in a rapidly

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:
