Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Kentucky facility with a focus on resident-centered care and a culture of innovation.

You will drive strategic results, develop talent, and ensure quality outcomes through strong operations and financial stewardship in a dynamic long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Success in LNHA roles demonstrated by indicators such as clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction and retention, and financial results.
