Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Terre Haute, Indiana, seeks an Executive Director/LNHA to lead a 176-bed facility. This role drives patient-centered care, innovative leadership, and strategic growth in a mission-driven, family-based organization.

You will oversee clinical outcomes, staff development, and financial performance while advancing Signature HealthCARE’s mission and culture in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Must have LNHA license in current State or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
Must demonstrate success in LNHA leadership as measured by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the facility as Executive Director/LNHA.
Provide visionary, entrepreneurial leadership with a focus on customer care, talent development, and strategic results.
Oversee P&L, drive financial performance, and ensure accountability and effective communication.

What you Need to make a Difference

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
