Signature HealthCARE seeks an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a Muncie skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on resident-centered care, operational excellence, and sustainable growth in a dynamic post-acute setting.

You will champion person-directed care, drive talent development, accountability, and strategic execution while collaborating with clinical teams, staff, and families to deliver high-quality outcomes and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
