Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC in Terre Haute, Indiana, is seeking an Executive Director and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility with a patient-centered mission. You will drive operations, shape strategy, and foster a compassionate, high-quality care culture.

Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
Proven LNHA leadership with evidence of clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction and retention, business development, and financial results.
Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
