Signature HealthCARE of East Louisville is seeking an Executive Director / LNHA to lead a 128-bed skilled nursing facility with a focus on resident-centered care and quality outcomes. You will steer strategic initiatives, collaborate with clinical and operations teams, and drive continuous improvement across the campus.

The role requires an active LNHA license, 3+ years of SNF leadership, and a track record of delivering strong clinical, financial, and staff outcomes in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record in LNHA roles with evidence of clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, retention, and financial results.
