Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids, a 108-bed facility, seeks an Executive Director/LNHA to lead our team and drive resident-centered care with an entrepreneurial spirit.

As Facility Leader, you will oversee operations, regulatory compliance, talent development, and strategic growth while upholding Signature HealthCARE’s commitment to quality of life and innovative care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LNHA license in the state of location.
• Minimum of several years in executive leadership of a skilled nursing facility.
• Track record of improving quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
