Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the Jackson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center. The role requires an active LNHA license and a minimum of three years operating a skilled nursing facility, with a track record of strong clinical and financial outcomes.
