Job summary

Cedar Healthcare Center in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or CNA for full-time evenings (3pm-11pm). Compensation ranges from $21 to $31 per hour, with an additional $3.50 evening shift differential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus through 08/31/26.

You will provide direct resident care per care plans, assist with daily activities, monitor health changes, document intake, and support admissions and discharges while following infection control protocols.

Qualifications

Current, valid LNA or CNA license in New Hampshire.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding).
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets.

Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or CNA to join our team.

Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Schedule: Full-Time, Evenings (3pm-11pm)

Location: Portsmouth, NH

Sign-On Bonus!: $5,000 thru 08/31/26!

Pay Range: $21.00 - $31.00

Evening Shift Differential: Additional $3.50 per hour

What You'll Do:
