As an LNA, you will provide essential daily care to residents while supporting the nursing team in maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment. Compensation up to $4,600/month with a generous sign-on bonus and Daily Pay option.

Qualifications

• Active LNA certification in New Hampshire
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Basic understanding of patient care practices and medical terminology

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Safely lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents
• Support meal service, including tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of intake
• Provide nutritional supplements and monitor consumption
• Record resident weights and observe/report skin condition changes
• Report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures
• Provide support to nurses and staff as needed

Shifts:Day, evening, and night shifts available
