Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for all shifts. This role supports residents with daily living activities and assists the nursing team in maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Compensation includes up to $4,600 monthly with a generous sign-on bonus and Daily Pay option. We welcome experienced LNAs and those starting a healthcare career; shifts are day, evening, and night.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Basic understanding of patient care practices and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Safely lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents.
• Support meal service, including tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of intake.
• Provide nutritional supplements and monitor consumption.
• Record resident weights and observe/report skin condition changes.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide support to nurses and staff as needed.
