Job summary

Cedar Healthcare Center in New Hampshire is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team. We offer flexible schedules across full-time or part-time roles, with weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and competitive hourly pay, plus an additional $3.00/hour for weekend hours.

As part of our care team, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise aides, and document care while enjoying strong benefits and a $2,500 sign-on

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire or compact state.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday
Compensation: $31.00 - $42.00, based on experience + $3.00/hour for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday

Sign On Bonus: $2,500
