Bedford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our compassionate team in Bedford, NH. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, with a generous sign-on bonus and competitive compensation based on experience.

Available Shifts:

Full-time: 3PM - 11PM | 11PM - 7AM

Part-time: 7AM - 3PM | 3PM - 11PM | 11PM - 7AM

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Sign-On Bonus: Full-time $4,500 | Part-time: $2,250

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support residents with compassion, patience, and respect.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
