Qualifications

• Active LPN license in NH or a qualified compact state.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3PM
Compensation: $31.00 - $42.00, based on experience + modified compensation options available to full‑time team members
