Generations is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents at our Montrose, CO location. You will supervise staff, ensure quality care, and adhere to all regulatory standards.

The role offers full-time hours, a standard 9:00 am–5:00 pm schedule, and an on-call rotation every five weeks. Wage ranges from $31 to $37 per hour, with on-call bonuses and a strong benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) employer match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have a valid state license to practice as an RN in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• English language literacy and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

Description

The Licensed Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents; and supervision and guidance to staff providing direct care. Complies with federal, state and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Full-time, working Mondays through Fridays OR Sundays through Thursdays, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Additionally, will be on a 5-week rotation to be on-call for 1 week every 5 weeks
• 8 hour shifts
• Holiday availability preferred

Wage:

• $31 - $37/hour, dependent upon experience
• On-call bonus $10/day Mondays through Fridays, $15/day Saturdays & Sundays and an additional $50/day if called in

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have a valid state license to practice as an RN within the facility's state. Licensure in good standing.
• Certification in CPR.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
