Job summary

Fairfield Village of Layton in Layton, Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical management of residents in the Post-Acute Care setting. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards and aligns daily work with Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values.

The position offers full-time night shifts 6:00 pm–6:00 am, with PRN day shifts and on-call options. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, and an emphasis on safe, on-the-job

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have a valid state license to practice as an RN or LPN within the facility's state. Licensure in good standing.
• Certification in CPR.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.

Description

The Registered Nurse at Fairfield Village oversees the medical management of residents in the Post-Acute Care setting. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation. Schedule:

• Full-time, working 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (NIGHT)
• PRN/On-call, available 6:00 am - 6:00 pm (DAY)
• PRN/On-call, available 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (NIGHT)
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability needed

Requirements:
