Job summary

Generations is seeking a Licensed Nurse to plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents in a Colorado facility. You will supervise staff delivering direct care and ensure compliance with standards while upholding the Generations Mission and values.

Schedule includes full-time shifts, with an on-call rotation every five weeks and holiday coverage; compensation ranges $31–$37 per hour plus on-call bonuses, reflecting experience and responsibilities in a family-focused

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have a valid state license to practice as an RN within the facility's state. Licensure in good standing.
• Certification in CPR.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.

Job description

The Licensed Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents; and supervision and guidance to staff providing direct care. Complies with federal, state and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Full-time, working Mondays through Fridays OR Sundays through Thursdays, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Additionally, will be on a 5-week rotation to be on-call for 1 week every 5 weeks
• 8 hour shifts
• Holiday availability preferred

Wage

• $31 - $37/hour, dependent upon experience
• On-call bonus $10/day Mondays through Fridays, $15/day Saturdays & Sundays and an additional $50/day if called in

Requirements
