Job summary

Generations in Montrose, CO is seeking a Licensed Nurse (RN) to plan, coordinate and provide comprehensive nursing care for residents while supervising staff delivering direct care.

You will support our mission to enhance residents' quality of life, work Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with a five-week on-call rotation. The role offers competitive pay: $31–$37 per hour, plus on-call bonuses; benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in the facility's state (Colorado) in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents.

The Licensed Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents; and supervision and guidance to staff providing direct care. Schedule

• Full-time, working Mondays through Fridays OR Sundays through Thursdays, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Additionally, will be on a 5-week rotation to be on-call for 1 week every 5 weeks
• 8 hour shifts
• Holiday availability preferred

Wage

• $31 - $37/hour, dependent upon experience
• On-call bonus $10/day Mondays through Fridays, $15/day Saturdays & Sundays and an additional $50/day if called in

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have a valid state license to practice as an RN within the facility's state. Licensure in good standing.
• Certification in CPR.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
