Job summary

Generations’ Fairfield Village in Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical management of residents in a Post-Acute Care setting. You will follow federal, state, and local standards and integrate the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values into daily interactions.

We offer full-time night shifts 6:00 pm – 6:00 am, on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold a valid state RN or LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Job description

The Registered Nurse at Fairfield Village oversees the medical management of residents in the Post-Acute Care setting. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Full-time, working 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (NIGHT)
• PRN/On-call, available 6:00 am - 6:00 pm (DAY)
• PRN/On-call, available 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (NIGHT)
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have a valid state license to practice as an RN or LPN within the facility's state. Licensure in good standing
• Certification in CPR.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
