Job summary

Generations LLC seeks a Licensed Nurse to plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents, while supervising staff delivering direct care. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and embody Generations' mission and values in day-to-day work.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with an on-call rotation every 5 weeks. Hourly wage ranges from $31 to $37 depending on experience, with benefits including PTO,

Job description

The Licensed Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents; and supervision and guidance to staff providing direct care. Complies with federal, state and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generations Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Full-time, working Mondays through Fridays OR Sundays through Thursdays, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Additionally, will be on a 5-week rotation to be on-call for 1 week every 5 weeks
• 8 hour shifts
• Holiday availability preferred

Wage:

• $31 - $37/hour, dependent upon experience
• On-call bonus $10/day Mondays through Fridays, $15/day Saturdays & Sundays and an additional $50/day if called in

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have a valid state license to practice as an RN within the facility's state. Licensure in good standing.
• Certification in CPR.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
